In an effort to continue to provide a safe, wholesome, family atmosphere, we have implemented a NEW child drop off policy.

All children ages 16 years old and younger are required to be chaperoned by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult. This adult must be over 25 years of age and willing to always supervise them during their visit and must remain with them in the building during the entire session time.

Parents, please keep this in mind before you drop off your child(ren) at the door and/or if they are arriving by Taxi, Uber, Lyft or other car service.

If a minor is dropped off without an adult chaperone and refuses to make a call for a ride home or cannot reach the parent to pick them up - the Whitman Police will be called.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any non-chaperoned children.

Unfortunately, we have experienced increased incidents of misbehavior and use of foul language by minors. Our patrons have complained about this behavior and the disruption caused to an otherwise enjoyable, family oriented, recreational experience. In most cases, the miscreants had been dropped off without a supervising adult to correct poor attitudes and behavior. Parents and chaperones will be expected to control the behavior of the children in their care. This new drop-off policy is necessary to continue to offer a "clean, safe, FAMILY environment for ALL to enjoy.

Unsupervised minors not willing to control themselves or their emotions and to abide by the facilities rules and policies create an atmosphere which is not good for the other patrons, the facility staff and themselves. And so, unsupervised minors will not be welcome.

This NEW child drop off policy is intended to promote a family friendly and safe environment for all our patrons. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
